Smartphone usage is increasing day by day and people are depending on their phones to their fullest. Smartphone is a kind of minicomputer and much handier than a laptop. It connects you with the whole world using internet. People use their smartphones everywhere and they even can’t live their lives without them anymore.
Recently a survey has been conducted by Google with the help of Ipsos OTX that is a market research firm. In survey, the main thing that has been found that 39% people uses their smartphones in bathrooms. This is a very interesting news. Now I am also going to tell you other usages of smartphones.

In the survey, it has been found that:

- Browse Internet = 81%
- Searching through smartphones = 77%
- Smartphone Usage with other media = 72%
- Activity planning through smartphones = 45%
- Smartphones usage in bathrooms = 39%
Searching on smartphones:
In the survey it has been found that about 77% people do searching on smartphones and it is big percentage. Now we will see that what kind of search people do on their smart phones.
- News = 57%
- Dining = 51%
- Entertainment = 49%
- Shopping = 47%
- Technology = 32%
- Travel = 31%
- Finance = 26%
- Automotive = 17%
So you have seen the kind of searching people do using their smartphones. Google survey has found that most of the people use heir smartphones for watching different ads and may be they found that ads from traditional media or from internet. 49% people do purchasing by using their smartphones. So by the advancement in technology the new features have been introduced in smartphones that let people use smartphones at a great rate. In future these figures will increase as more advance technology is yet to introduce.
